Website issue feedback

just some feedback on the portal. The tour popup seems to reappear even though i clicked through it.

Welcome to the forum and thanks a lot for flagging these. We’ll fix that broken link asap (tomorrow at the latest) and will check out what might be causing the product tour to return. The guides on setting up a data pod can be found here: https://docs.bitfount.com/guides/for-data-custodians

I can’t seem to see a record of you being shown the tour so perhaps there was some connectivity issue which caused the glitch. Perhaps you could try going through the tour again and letting us know if the problem persists?
